1. Who provides the service

As You Said is provided by Joan Arbó. Contact: [email protected]. Full tax details appear on each invoice.

2. What As You Said is

A personal reflection app: short conversations become notes, dated commitments and a plan across horizons. Nothing is saved to your history without your explicit confirmation. It is not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Account

You need a valid email and to be 18 or older. Login depends on that inbox.

4. Price

Early batches are free while the service is in trial. Billing starts with 30 days’ notice by email. Standard price is €9/month including tax. Early-batch members keep €5/month. Annual: €72 (ten months). Standard sign-ups get a 7-day trial when billing is on. No usage bands. Your price does not rise because you’ve stayed.

5. Withdrawal

14 days to withdraw. Email [email protected].

6. Your content

What you write is yours. We don’t train models on it. Fragments go to a language-model provider to produce replies. You can export JSON and Markdown from the app at any time, including after you cancel.

7. Cookies

No third-party cookies unless you turn analytics on and say yes. Refuse is as easy as accept.

8. Law

Spanish law. Consumers may use the courts of their home and the EU ODR platform.
